Your team's outreach, one week at a time.
Make room for new conversations without crowding tomorrow.
Try a sending plan
Try an additional batch before committing. Already-sent emails are included in Apollo; do not enter them again. Follow-ups assume everyone continues through every step.
Adding updates your local plan. Use Save demo plan to keep it in this browser session. This does not send or enroll contacts in Apollo.
Planned vs. actual · last 14 days
Save today's forecast as a target before working through it. Actuals include completed Apollo emails from this mailbox, including bounces. Earlier dates without a saved target show —; today's actual is still in progress. Reserve emails are excluded.
Planning settings & queue details
Manual tasks follow this planning pace; Apollo tasks are not rescheduled. Later steps are forecasts. Live data refreshes every 5 minutes while open (up to 2 minutes cached).
Demo changes stay in this browser session. Planning here does not send emails or change Apollo.

Email counts for the selected dates and user. Reply rate = replied ÷ delivered.
Which steps start conversations?
Reply rate by sequence step, with delivered counts for context. Small samples are directional; this is not a ranking of statistically proven winners.

How to read these results
All time queries all available Apollo history for accessible sequences, including inactive sequences. Counts are emails, not unique contacts; follow-ups count separately. Date filters use Apollo’s activity date and reporting timezone. Weekly and monthly buckets can include partial periods at the edges of a selected range.
Replies count emails with a reply, not positive replies. Reply rate is replied emails ÷ delivered emails; bounce rate is bounced emails ÷ sent emails. Opens and clicks use Apollo’s bot-filtered metrics and remain tracking signals, not proof of interest. These figures differ from the previous unique-contact cards.
Filters apply to every chart, card and table. Performance filters are independent of the calendar. Data refreshes every 5 minutes while this tab is open; cached results can be up to 5 minutes old. Empty bars mean zero reported activity. Missing or incomplete reports are shown as unavailable.
Reply follow-up
Fictional replies · Try assigning a reviewer and tracking follow-up
Review the conversation in Apollo or your inbox before marking it handled. This planner cannot confirm whether someone already answered. Assigning a reviewer here does not change Apollo contact ownership or send an email.
